About us

Southworld web magazine is produced by the Comboni Missionaries, an international Congregation of Roman Catholic Religious working in forty-two countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Following in the footsteps of St. Daniel Comboni, they seek to bring the Good News of Christ to the more unfortunate and disadvantaged in the South of our world.

In Europe, the Comboni Missionaries are present in Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom, working to foster knowledge of the South from a distinctly Southern perspective.
